Tambora Systems and Vitalpointz are excited to announce a new partnership to bring greater service differentiation to IoT applications and solutions. Tambora, which enables the delivery of rich, QoE-driven services brings its unique gQoE solution to Vitalpointz. In turn, Vitalpointz, which offers a one-stop-shop for IoT developer tools and a versatile IoT cloud platform, will leverage Tambora’s gQoE to enable differentiated service performance for its customers.
As IoT services proliferate, they fall into two key camps – massive IoT and critical IoT. Massive IoT services typically have minimal performance criteria, while critical IoT applications can have extremely demanding quality of service demands.
To support such applications, IoT service providers, including MNOs, need to be able to deliver exactly the right performance levels, when they are needed. Even so-called massive IoT applications may also be volatile, which can require a dramatic change in service performance in response to event triggers and notifications.
Tambora’s gQoE solution helps Vitalpointz deliver on-demand, real-time service optimisation to meet the needs to IoT services, whether critical or for volatile applications. The combined solution allows IoT service providers to obtain the performance individual applications and specific devices need, whenever and wherever required.
